I'm Roy Ong. For five years I've helped Malaysian SMEs read their data and act on it. Today I build the AI systems I used to only analyse.

No account managers, no junior consultants, no handovers. When you email Scalebar, I'm the one who replies. When something breaks at 9pm, I'm the one who fixes it.

How long does an AI deployment take?
Most projects go live within 4 to 8 weeks. A full company-wide operating system took one client 2 months from first call to daily use.
My team is not technical. Can we still use this?
Yes. Every deployment ends with hands-on training, and I stay on as coach until your team runs the system without me. Most of my clients had never used AI tools before we started.
What kind of businesses do you work with?

Do you only work in Kuala Lumpur?
The office is in Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur, but most of the work runs remotely. I take on projects across Malaysia.
