I'm Roy Ong, founder of Scalebar Technology in Kuala Lumpur.

For five years I've helped Malaysian SMEs read their data and act on it: 144+ datasets, 37+ businesses, from medical devices to logistics to cleaning services. Today I build the AI systems I used to only analyse, and I train the teams who run them.

When you email Scalebar, I'm the one who replies. When something breaks at 9pm, I'm the one who fixes it. That is not a limitation of a small company. It is the reason clients stay.
